On April 13-14, 2018. The Historical society of Scranton, PA will be opening the Sliver Ballroom for Civil War weekend. This is open to the community to teach Scranton's roll in Northeastern PA, involvement in the American Civil War and its pass time to help bring a little peace to the surrounding community, to help ease the stress of the War. Admission is free, but donations are welcomed. PM if your in the area or would like to know more. :)
