I ran into this bug where plotting one point causes a point to be added at the cursor and immediately another point is added at the torpedo itself.

I have a save game file and a dxdiag

Unfortunately I saved the game after unpausing it and I can't reproduce it now so I may saved this at exactly the right time for it to be useful
