No, they are all according to the game's statistics but A-A differs from the total and cannot be used against each other. Also, not all types, some of minimal appearance, are included.
Allied losses on ground are relatively higher than the Japanese because of the higher efficiency and utilization of Japanese bombers.

You misunderstand me. The total you show for the Japanese is 1179, but the totals for individual plane types adds to over 2000. The total you show for Allied losses is 2193 but the individual plane type losses add to just over 1000. Looks like the total figures are in the wrong columns.
Actually the allied "totals" add to 2059 if you read the column to the bottom.
And, as I mentioned, some allied types are not included in that list - as examples:
The Dutch planes, many of the British - Hurricanes, Swordfish, Albacore, some Blenheims - B-17D, P-40B, B-18, TBD, Kingfisher, Helldiver and a few others.
