I'm playing a game as the Allies where I took the historical set of Eastern European options by occupying Poland and accepting the revised border treaty. I noticed that my Brest-Livstock garrison unit wasn't ever deployed, and later on when I went to build one to stick in the city found that it was in my production options with an * like it had been killed while in supply. Is this supposed to happen? I've never seen a Russian unit get destroyed before the USSR actually enters the war.
