All other airframes have DTs available from the daye of arrival
In the database all droptank devices have availability date at Dec 41 as devices. I guess the real availability date is determined by the airframe model, but given the number of airframes (few) it would've been user friendlier to write the actual date for DTs into their device field too. Then the player would be able to refer to the ingame database of devices.
