Searry -> Light tanks, disbandment and lorries. Looking for guidance (6/26/2018 8:37:03 AM)

So, as we know there are never enough light tanks in the Soviet pool or production which leads to even lower CV for the already almost useless tank brigades. So I was thinking what could help this light tank deficit. I think it could be disbandments of low value formations with light tanks in them? How wrong am I here? There are the 2 separate tank battalions and routed tank divisions in T1 with lower future CV and they could take several turns to un-rout themselves. Same goes with motorized divisions. This leads to a follow up about lorries. With the Soviet air force greatly nerfed with the new reserve morale regain rules, I think it's almost completely useless to now try to do anything but defend hotspots, strategic targets and industry + strategic bombing if axis neglects fighters - rotating new airgroups with preserved morale in and out when they take a hit. How much does giving the red air force less jobs affect lorry use? I read somewhere if you reserve everything T1, it means 30k lorries for T2. How true is this? Disbanding bad CV motorized divisions for light tanks and lorries sounds like a good idea as well but how true is this? Then there are the motorcycle regiments, but how useful is disbanding these? Disband the ones with high lorry use?
