Is there a way to run the game in proper windowed mode? So I can minimize the game easily?

I run in window mode also, and I run in a dual monitor setup. It always opens fixed in the middle of the screen on the same monitor (the largest one). I would like to be able to start it on the other monitor and drag it around on the screen (I am on Windows 10 Intel UHD Graphics 630)
