Pirates of Jupiter
A Bacon Scenario

In the near future a war between the two super powers of the time, America and China, led to major destruction of both countries. In the wake of that conflict the United Nations, supported largely by third world countries, demanded a one-world government. With the largest voting bloc being the Islamic countries and with third world countries eager to enact wealth redistribution policies the result was a forgone conclusion. Those that resisted, Europe, most of the Pacific Rim countries and what was left of North America, fought but with America still crippled from their war, they eventually fell. Thus arose a one-world government with a hybrid of Islamic-Socialist beliefs.

All was not lost however as the Earth colony on Mars, being almost exclusively composed of people from advanced countries who had opposed the United Nations plan, refused to implement the new policy dictates from Earth and declared their independence. So too did the small crew on Earth’s only deep space station, Almighty 2112, orbiting Jupiter.

The station commander thus embarked on a daring plan to liberate Earth from the totalitarian United Nations. He knew his small crew could not do it on their own. They would have to gain the cooperation of the Martian colony. The Martian colonists simply wanted to have nothing to do with Earth anymore. The commander feared they would have to be brought on board by force if they could not be reasoned with. It would be a long and difficult task but he swore he would free Earth or die trying. Little did the Humans know that there were other races out there that would have their own plans for the Humans.

Victory Conditions:
Invade and liberate Earth from the Solar Caliphate. After that you can continue playing for a normal pirate victory if you so desire.

House Rules:
No smuggling missions to Earth and no Protection agreement with Earth.

Notes:

If you've never installed a scenario before you need to create a "maps" folder in your mod and install the file there. Then you will see it as an option when you start a new game using that mod.

Did I capitalize it? Sorry. It's just the word "maps:. You need a maps folder to stick your custom scenarios in fro any given mod. If you have never played a scenario before then the folder doesn't exist and you have to add it under the appropriate mod.
Fixed in original post.
