sub chased through restricted straits

German sub was "chased" into the Sea of Azov by USSR destroyer. At no point has Axis controlled straits. Of course now it can't exit. Shouldn't it have been prevented from entering? [image]local://upfiles/59435/33B91FC51AE047EA97201CC2B18A0ED0.jpg[/image]
