I'm getting a little tired of capital ships being reduced to one strength point and then reinforced to full strength on the very next turn. Is there any way to set a maximum limit for the number of strength points by which a unit may be reinforced in a single turn?

The manual (5.12) says HQs "can only be reinforced in stages". I don't recall ever seeing this for HQs but if true then it should be possible to set limits for other units...

I sort of agree and don't agree.
In principal I agree, but with limited ports and only being allowed 1 unit in a port at a time IMO I have some issues regarding such a limit.

But if it's possible for 1 type of unit (HQ) it should be possible for another. It, however, may not be able to be done by a modding.


Also it should not apply to aircraft replacement for carriers; and I also think there should be no reason why a CV in the Med can't reinforce her air wing to full strength since ground based air can.

If not fully customizable, maybe a maximum reinforcement limit of three strength points per unit per turn. Not very realistic for capital ships but fair enough.
