TeaLeaf -> 2.9.4 Convoy routing not ok (8/29/2018 6:08:22 PM)

After 2.7.5, I'm checking every new version on convoy routing before I am going to use it. I just can't play a version with bad convoy routing anymore. It is too frustrating...
Alas, 2.9.4 has problems with Allied convoy routing again. So I keep playing 2.7.5 for now, but don't worry, I'll check (and report if necessary) every new version.

If you check the save, you can see that MWiF does NOT send the Cyprus resource to Russia as its promised trade -which is set to default to go to Russia, but instead a canadian resource, which blocks 3 other resources from reaching the UK. I cannot get it to work, or work around it without messing with the SAV file (which I don't want to do if not absolutely necessary).
Just for reference:
If I load this save in 2.7.5, 22 resources reach their destination in the CW and Russia gets its resource from Cyprus, but in 2.9.4 only 19 (!) resources reach their destination in the CW.

TLDR:
After 2.7.5 the convoy routing is messed up again. It is in fact, unplayable for the allies if you don't want to mess with the savegame every turn. CW Loosing 3 resources (=4BP) every turn without any submarine action at all from their part is just too good to be true for the Axis.

Sorry, but I don't get this. I loaded your gamesave and I got this out of the CW production planning form, without having to change anything:

And this is the USSR. Everything is quite allright...

yes you are right, everything is quite allright. Except that it is not [:(].

I posted the wrong savegame. Long story short: sorry for that [;)]. Opening the save you checked (thanks for that) with 2.9.4, indeed shows everything is fine. During production it gets ugly however, so I attached a save of the production phase in this post.

I know 2.7.5 gets through the production phase fine, but apparently 2.9.4 gets in trouble in this phase (but truth be told, I didn't try to proceed past the point of this savegame).

Maybe something can be done with the knowledge 2.9.4 shows everything fine during action segment, but goes down once the preliminary production begins. Or with the fact that 2.7.5 handles production fine. Steve will hopefully know where to look in the changes between these two versions.

Bump.
Sorry, I think you guys have missed my second savegame (the one in Post #4).
Convoy routing does NOT look ok, I merely posted the wrong savegame the first time.

What 's striking: 2.9.4 appears to be doing it fine during the action segment, but once preliminary production begins, the CW starts to miss out on 3 resources/4BP.

The screenshot shows CW production screen during preliminary production; they should receive 22 resources, but get only 19.

That's very strange indeed. I don't know what's happening here. Whatever I do, MWIF keeps sending the wrong resource to the USSR... [&:]

Even after setting all non oil resources except for Cyprus on idle, the game still wants to send a Canadian resource to the USSR even with a default setting in the Cyprus one...

That makes two of us (at least [;)]).
I hope Steve has a better clue. Knowing 2.7.5 handles the situation correctly but the patch after does not, should make it easier to look for the responsible code.
