Playing a PBEM game of Diadem to Gothic Line. VP page shows I should get 5 points per turn for holding Ancona among others but on turn 12 I'm getting 105 points. Same for several cities. Allies are also getting more points for some cities than they should as well. Is there something else going on in the VP calculations?

Yes the victory points are not given for turn but for phase, every turn 2 phases: yours and your enemy.

So if I've held Ancona through 12 turns at 5 points per phase as you say shouldn't I have 120 points?

First turn excluded,
Turn 12 not completed only axis phase.
