Haven't had much battles before, but I'm sure I'll win my next one.... so are you up to it?

I prefer late war, eastern or western front, and the bigger nations (how original?) :)

I allmost hate those AI-generated maps, so I suggest that we use some good map, possibly made by Wild Bill (Eastern/Western europe map series). If you know some other decent map that you would like to play, I'm on.

My terms:

8000 pts.
10% arty
no infiltrators
no air
no predeployed mines

these terms are of course somewhat flexible.

I can play about 3 turns a week.

Sounds good to me, terms and all.
Haven't looked much at the human designed maps, so if you've found a nice one you like, let's use that.

I wanna be a Kat driver this time, let's see if I can get some use out of those overweight, expensive beasts.

Oh I forgot to ask you which set of OOBs are you using?

I'm using Paul Vebber's 7.1x oobs, I'm not sure if these are the standard ones everyone uses for pbem, but I've been told by somebody to get these (don't remember who).

Russia would be an interesting opponent, as that is what I usually play. I'm curious how other people use them.

Hey there fellow countryman! I'd be happy to tell you some stuff about the Russian army usage in the game some time in response to your last question. I've had some practice using them.

Shall we do AAR? We could both use a boost in our message#, to get some extra credibility here in the forum :)

I used the Eastern Europe Hills map, and vis is around 45.

I have never played the Russians before (In a pbem that is), I've allways played with the big mean Killer Katz. Seems like we are both playing against our favorite nations, this is getting interesting :)

Cyricist, thanks for the offer, but I think I can handle this one.
Could use some advice on pre-T34 tactics, though. Specificaly vs Finland, which has the same equipment.
