I've been wondering this for a while, and hopefully this will be a old question soon with the release of 7.2, but which set of OOBs should I use for PBEM?

Where can I find the newest OOB's?

I'm currently using Paul Vebber's 7.1x OOBs, are these ok?

These are the OOBs most PBEMers use. They may be the same ones you mentioned. I didn't think they were Paul's though.

I found my 7.1x at Fprado's site and it mentions Paul Vebber:
