10 January 1938 The successful diplomatic pressure on Czechoslovakia, and the meeting with the West at Munchen has resulted in the Reich fulfilling her goals in Europe. We have given the West our assurances of peace in our time. We are certain the few annoying issues that remain can be settled on the basis of the the new concord in Europe. The West does not want war, and the niggling matters remaining will be resolved soon. Certainly no one wants another big conflict. Germany has already begun disbanding forces, including submarines and aircraft. We call on the French and British to join us in reversing the arms race. Here is a map of Czechoslovakia, working together with the other members of the new Europe for a stronger union. [image]local://upfiles/25841/84EC5996FC124F618D850EE201823452.jpg[/image]
