blackcloud6 -> Game will not start (11/15/2018 9:42:36 PM)

When I try to run the game form either the game menu or juts trying to start the .exe program, all I get is a black rectangle.

Alos, the game manual will not come up. It did once, but after I restarted the computer to see if the game would run, the manual will not come up. I get an error that says adobe tried to reach the sever and was unable.

DxDiag attached.

Oh and if I click on "change settings" the same thing happens.

Do you have the latest video card drivers?

OK, I tired again and still got the black rectangle. For the heck of it, I clicked several times on the rectangle and the game ran. Odd. Closed the game and tried again and it ran like it should. So that fixed itself. But I still can't get the manual to open.

Found that Adobe kept something open and went into task manager and closed it and all is working now.

One explanation could be that the game configuration files were corrupted. In such cases the .cfg files in the data\cfg folder should be deleted.

Hi all,
my copy doesn't start.
All I get is the initial screen with the "Play game" button. If I press it, nothing happens. The same for "Change settings".
I have all the recent drivers.
Please help!

without a report, there is a number of things it could be, but would be guessing to say which one may help, there are 3 threads on the same subject error, all with working solutions, but without knowing your system it hard to say which one may help the most,
