DWU has quickly become one of my favorite games, let alone of the 4x genre. Star Sector being another favorite, i one day dream of a mix of both. To take the complexity of DWU and how the ships/stations are worked in Star Sector would be the end all be all for a 4x game. To see turret/weapon slots on the ships and the shield effects of Star Sector mixed in would be insane. I know there are limitations to DWU's graphical possibilities but if this was ever possible I dont think there is a 4x game that could even come close to matching that kind of experience. Anxiously awaiting the next DW title!
