Spartan07 -> Counter information (12/10/2018 11:15:02 PM)

Hi,
I’m struggling to find in the manual details of the symbols on the counters. Sometimes I see the strength in different colours. There are three small numbers bottom right hand corner at times and sometimes top right has a red dot. I can’t find this and others explained in the manual.

Also if I click on the supply icon and can see the supply on the map but clicking again gives me a different version. Wjatis the difference?

Lastly is there a forum to setup pbem games. Nearly all are locked so people must be arranging them somehow.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike.

I can answer a couple of your questions. A yellow strenght number is usually displayed when the unit is above normal max strength due to "elite replacements" for units with at least one "pip" of experience.

The 0 to 3 little numbers in the corner represent tech levels for units with technology (e.g., for HQs, you can improve their AA tech level and mobility, if memory serves).

I'm not sure what you mean by the colored dot. Is this a carrier (CV)? If so, it represents the aircraft "mode" (fighter, bomber, or mixture). Is it a fighter? If so, it represents the fighter mode (if the pilots will be ready to intercept, escort, both. or stay at the airbase drinking beer).

As for the 2 supply numbers, that represents this turn actual and next turn projected.

Mike.

Hi Mike

There's a section in the Manual called Unit Display, on page 34.

Good point about the Multiplayer forum, I will ask. [:)]
