I can get the scenario to load, but not the .eqp, thought it's located in the folder with the scenario (and in the override graphics scenario folder too).
Same like with the old TOAW III; if you get the 'wrong equipment file' message, ignore it. Best bet is, load it into the scenario editor (in TOAW IV) and just save it.
