I noticed a reference to City Based Volunteers being an optional rule available now. Is this correct? I'm hoping it is!

As of the latest version, they have yet to be added.

This confused me (from the new Public Beta) -


Change History:

New Game/Setup

Fixed a newly created problem with starting a new solitaire game of Barbarossa.
Fixed a problem with setting up units at sea. This problem was due to 3 lines of code for “Vichy French units not being permitted to stay at sea unless Vichy is hostile” being in the wrong place.
Fixed a problem with setting up the Communist Chinese in the Missed the Bus scenario where the USSR units in the Production Pool were being moved back into the Force Pool.
[b]Added some checks to prevent the City Based Volunteer units from being placed in the Force Pool unless that optional rule is enabled.

Some were "sneaking" in but the rule is not enabled, so essentially a bug that was corrected. The units are in the unit files, but the rule is not fully coded.
