Do we have an appropriate Discord channel setup ? The way these things work, is that we get a Discord channel for both team, and a discord channel for each team. Each Team's discord channel should have these threads : - Mess-Hall -Who-is-on-the-file -Advice (one for each player) -Operations ( a place to put operations in drawings) - Panzer-Threat ( this is useful for Soviet team to keep track of the Pz.Divs on the map The channel for both team should include Save Files ( if we share save file troughout Discord ), Mess-Hall and Rules-And-Roles. If we share save files trough Dropbox, we will need to also open up these and get an invites.

Axis arrangements for Discord have already been settled. Soviets will need to have their own Discord. These Discord servers will be segregated and neither team is expected to enter the other. I have set up a Dropbox for all players, separated into three folders: Axis Turns, Soviet Turns, and Turnover. Any player can view any folder, but can only edit their respective folder. The Turnover folder can be edited by anyone. I am gathering emails for the Soviet players, to add you to the Dropbox. Please PM them to me, or reply to my PM to you with it attached. Lastly, communication with my team is ongoing, and awaits a final group meeting before commencement of the war. The expected time for that arrangement is within 2 days, so if all goes well Soviets should see the savefile available in the Turnover folder at the end of the month. Cheers, Tungan

Hobo, with regards to Parinor, it's up to the rest of your team if he is to be replaced. In the case that replacing him is the best course, please have your CoS offer his position on this thread.
