I have been using Kull's spreadsheet for first moves. Can anyone explain what "+6 Aircraft" means in the following:

"Transfer to Soerabaja, Pick Up Troops from: Pamekasan, Pick Up: Barisan KNIL Regt, Train: 0, +6 Aircraft"


How do I set this action and what does it mean?

maybe it means reinforce with 6 a/c through replenishment

I read it as draw an additional 6 aircraft from the pool if available.
