Late August and several armies have units have the S!!, low strength. I tried rest and refit but S!! is still there. Do I simply have to wait for replacements to arrive on their own??

Which version of DC:B? Could you provide a screenshot as well?

Ver. 1.05.5, newest version. No screenshot. I was told though that replacements arrive in 'waves' every 10 turns. That's how strength gets restored.

Hi Rostov,

Waiting for the next replacement wave is the correct answer. The Germans didn't expect to take the level of casualties that they did in Barbarossa in '41 and were under prepared in this, and quite a few other area when their expected knock out blow didn't eventuate.
