Hello! I just bought the game, but I have a problem with instalatilation. It says that I have a Alpha version of Armored Brigade installed, but I have deleted all AB folders and .exe files. It still says, that I have a Alpha version. What do I do?

you need to fully remove all previous version beforehand and again make sure the folders are also removed.

try ccleaner if it's still in the registry

Well, yeah, I have cleared the registry for like 5 times already. What in particular prevents from installing? Is it an .exe file, or a folder? Or everything together?

it seems anything from the previous installer version, so it all has to go

Hi,
I also just bought and installed the game but it will not start from the initial screen at all. I press Play Game and nothing happens. Appreciate any suggestions

this is the advice offered so far, without a report it's hard to say what could be an issue tbh

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

once the report has been made, just attach it to your post as it's a Txt file which is then permitted to attach to the forum.

as your a new member you may have issues attaching, so please just send the file to me and i'll post it for you and reply, thanks
