Hello there,
I have been playing CMANO for the last 2 years. I am very satisfied with the game but i was wandering if it is possible to engage the fire control radar (for example a ship engaging an other ship or aircraft) without firing a missile or other weapon (let's say guns). In a similar matter is it possible to fire a weapon on any point in the map that is not a target? That would be nice for simulating warning shots.

Not sure about the radar but you can shoot most (not all) weapons on a Bearing only Launch (BOL) (Ctl+F1 then click on the map for the target Bearing). I have not actually tied it with guns though.
