I Understand the first turn is just a half turn. My question is should i consider it a night turn? Therefore, should I have my float planes on night search? or day search for the next turn? Neither seems to work for me.

Which s id e are you playing as, Specie? IJN or US? I presume IJN, I n which case have a mix of both but the majority for day
