codem -> Saint Nazaire won't heal. (1/20/2019 10:09:31 PM) I think there is a bug in WAW. Saint Nazaire is stuck at 1 supply point and will never increase. I've had this captured for many turns now and I don't see any messages that its being attacked or some how degraded expect once earlier in the game. After that attack, it never heals.
