The best way to both move scenarios around and massage my ego, is to use Scenario Wrangler, which is available here. This will let you view a bit of detailed info about your scenarios, and easily move them around. You can also print out lists of scenarios. I find the double-spaced printout to be quite good for keeping track of which scenarios you've tried, and what the outcome was.
Scenario Wrangler (along with Map Thing which helps you print maps) is being slowly but actively developed.
