User HalfLifeExpert had the same problem. He did some research and believes that it has to do with a Windows file not being up to date. It's called .Net Framework 4.7.2. (it was discussed in the Tech Support area. He updated that file, and I did as well, and now everything works fine for both of us. I'm not saying that this will be the fix for you, but it does seem logical. He details where to get it in a post in the Tech Support section. I do seem to recall that they always mention a file needing to be up to date whenever you update, but this is the first time for me that an updated file was actually needed. Who knows, maybe it's time to buy a new computer? <lol> Try it out. It will probably work for you. If it does, give HalfLifeExpert the credit. Doug
