I recently noticed a partisan attack in Maikop (t79) and both oil and fuel industries were gone in t80. Although fuel hasn't been a real issue so far I wonder if this is WAD. Someone else around who saw this ?

Balou, just wondering how long ago did you capture Maikop?

The damage of the Industries you see at T79-80 may still be coming down from when you became owner of the hex because the repairs your guys do take a fair while to happen, I forget the rates ATM.

Perhaps could you check an earlier turn save to see what they were at before suspected partisan sabotage!

Plus I thought they mainly went after your railways and that is only at 18% on your T80 screening.

You do not show the status of rail connecting to the resource .. Is that a factor?

Maikop was captured in t60 (= 19 weeks prior to the partisan attack). When captured, damage was 41 for fuel and 86 for oil. For figures in t79 (partisan attack) see picture.

@ Balou 19 turn from T60 to T79 OK

Fuel 41 - 3 is 38 divided by 19 is 2 , so repaired at the rate of 2 per turn...

Oil Production 86 - 67 is 19 so perhaps it repairs at the rate of 1 per turn, hmmm, TBH I thought it was higher than that... if this is so if Baku is captured at 100% damage, then it might take almost two full years to repair for ze Germans, bah!

It's not that bad. As soon as the damage level drops below 50 %, oil/fuel factories are again online and restart production, although (?) at reduced levels. Output seems to increase as damage levels approach full repair.

OTOH I haven't found any valid explanation for oil/fuel factories suddenly disappearing following a partisan attack. Help still appreciated.

I just read through everything and saw the pics you provided. It looks like a bug to me. Partisans should have destroyed the rail line there but Industry wouldn't have been touched. Moreover, Oil and Fuel Factories are supposed to stay on the map and do not get destroyed, only damaged and AFAIK partisans cannot damage/destroy anything other than rail lines.
