jardail -> FOW ON = NO VIEWABLE ENEMY TF (3/5/2019 3:18:24 PM) Yes I know that there are not supposed to be revealed enemy task forces, but aren't they supposed to be viewable to some extent when they are discovered during a search? I'm just coming back to this game after a very long time, and I thought I remembered being able to see them when they were spotted by searcher planes or coast watchers. Am I wrong about that? Right now, even when enemy ships have been spotted, the entire map stays completely devoid of TF markers.

Lokasenna -> RE: FOW ON = NO VIEWABLE ENEMY TF (3/5/2019 7:01:05 PM) When were they spotted? Were they spotted in the night-time phase? If so, and they moved again, their detection could have been cleared and therefore you wouldn't see them on the map.

m10bob -> RE: FOW ON = NO VIEWABLE ENEMY TF (3/6/2019 3:58:51 PM) When FOW is on even "spotting" reports may go unverified.. The number of times that same "target" is spotted, the odds of it getting to the map increases.
