DMAN -> Bug? Submarine propulsion issue (3/6/2019 9:03:17 AM)

Hi all,

I've observed this odd behaviour for 2 days now.

Submarines in the attached test sometimes drain their batteries, and do not switch to diesel propulsion to either recharge nor continue on course.

I've set the depth to "Surface" a couple of times and it seems to have "unstuck" them; however, this has not worked with the submarine near reference point "chaff 1".
Moreover, this will not be suitable for AI-controlled sides.

Additionally, there is another submarine, "base test", stuck at -40m. I've left this one alone to see if there is data that can be used from it to solve this issue.
Just north of it, there is also another submarine that seems "lost", i.e. the AI navigator cannot choose a path.
These are all on-mission, with no input from the human player.

Mission doctrine seems fine.

Time compression is at 30mins.

This sounds like an old problem that was supposed to be fixed.

I have the latest build, too.

Is this an issue in Build 1009.27.8/.9 ?
