Should there be an autosave feature in a PBEM game to prevent cheating by restarting the turn if you make a mistake / get a bad result? In Triple A they emailed the dice results in real time to the opponent.

If someone does this repeatedly then it will be noted and they will be contacted. So while it might appear possible, I wouldn't recommend anyone doing it if they want to be playing PBEM for long.

Thanks Bill - did you see my other suggestion around the ending of a PBEM game?

I did thanks, I'm not sure what options might exist there to be honest, though Hubert did some work recently to increase the length of the message that can be sent in PBEM turns which if I'm correct has now been implemented in this game and is coming for War in Europe too.

From my observations, cannot reload, which is good. I had started a turn, moved all the German side pieces, had to leave so instead of sending turn, just quit. Came back, turn was in the middle, I thought?

I did notice that sometimes there's a "disconnect" when the turn is done, and there's a disconnect. Wasn't sure if the turn was sent or not, and next day, looks like it was never played.
