Hello,

I tried to find out what the (+) means in a name. E.g. in the battle for tunesia:
1st BR Parachute Battalion.

Does anyone know what this means?

In non-game usage, it means it's a reinforced unit, so in your example it would be a battalion reinforced with a company.

Presumably that's what it means in the game also, but I don't know how the editor of the game creates that symbol.

"+" is for a strengthened unit but there's also "-" for a weakened unit missing some parts.
These signs are part of OB name suffix.
