In the game manaul on page 22 for the Preference Screen for the option True Troop Cost/Rarity near the end of the paragragh is the following sentance:

What does the following snippet mean?

Just cycle through all the options, You can turn both on or off, or a combination of both. It's a little hard to follow when you have the selected option you want ,continue on to another preference. Then leave.
