I've been playing a 1939 campaign, and I noticed that when this unit shows up in the Western Desert in 1940 it's listed as LRDG Special Forces (Rhodesia).
Rhodesia seems odd. I thought that unit was British. Is there a design reason behind this ?
(I think the LRDG drew its personnel from all over the Commonwealth. There were Brits and New Zealanders as well as Rhodesians. But I thought the unit itself was an experimental part of the British Army, and not a colonial formation).
