OK, I have here the B-806 (Kilo class) assigned to a mining mission, with patrol and transit settings set to -112ft.

The captain on the other hand believes he knows best, and is stubbornly trying to go to periscope depth managing to override even the "dive on threat = yes" doctrine triggering due to the presence of ASW ships at spitting range.

Playing with 1009.27.6 version

The sub has been placed on manual depth while on the mission. Is this intended? As the sub stays at the transit depth if manual is not ticked?

If the manual depth is checked, the desired depth changes to -66 ft without doing anything else

If not on mission, ticking manual off seems to cause it to go to surface????

The issue is that the sub thinks it can come up to recharge batteries. Still looking, but I can see where it is happening at least.

Fixed in Build 1009.27.13.
