When a ship is attacked by planes, which flak is used.Only the ship's flak being attacked?

All ships of the TF attacked may fire. Just watch munitions after a CV battle, all escorts should of the TF attacked have fired. If there is another TF in the same hex, its AA will not fire (contrary to CAP).
