CHM -> Turn off resizing windows? (4/19/2019 3:41:43 PM)

Is it possible to add an option to remove the ability to resize rows in the Air Ops and Magazine Status windows? I find myself accidentally selecting the resize cursor than actually clicking on what I want to click on.

I agree, I've found it to be of very little use and a frequent inconvenience when trying to select things.

If this is too complicated to change via update, is there a way to change this in the game files?
