It is appended to the bottom of your web page after I send the message via your web app. I interpreted it as an error message generated by your system, meant for you - not me. I don't have that c:\websites\matrix folder on my PC. Despite the apparent error, the help desk did receive, track & resolve my problem. Oh yeah, My CD shipped on the 18th! :D Tommy
