Okay, thanks for the advice, Hubert. I fixed the issue this way: --First, I uninstalled my copy of SC: Europe in War. I think that simply updating my already installed copy was the main issue. I also deleted all of the files under C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe (Please note: If, like me, you bought the game from Matrix with a serial key, locate your serial key before uninstalling the game!) --Next, I re-installed my copy of the game, which is version 1.00 --Then, I installed the recent 1.16 update, which I just downloaded from the Matrix website. --Next, I installed the Community Pack, version 1.16, which I also downloaded from the Matrix website. --Then, I launched the game. All went well. In game, the Community Pack campaigns showed up under the "Single Player" tab. The installer automatically put them here: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe\Campaigns. The only problem that I had was that my own custom campaign was not showing up. This turned out to be an editor compatibility issue. My custom campaign was created with v1.14 of the game. I could not open it with the new 1.16 editor. So, I opened the new 1.16 editor and recreated the mod (it's a simple mod based on the stock 1938 "Storm over Europe" campaign that tweaks a few in-game variables, sounds, etc.). After I saved the mod in the 1.16 editor, it created a custom mod folder, .cgn file, and .dat file. These are located in the campaigns file, along with the community pack mods (C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe\Campaigns). In game, my custom mod appears in the same list as the other campaigns under "Single Player." It loads fine, but I haven't played through it yet. I'll report any problems. Like with other games, a fresh re-install seems the best way to go with this new update.
