My schedule just doesn't allow for a turn every day or multiple turns/day like some of the players around here.

Nor does my style of play.

I like to check every unit but I guess in a campaign is almost impossibile...

True, but for me there's still a lot to check. It also makes a difference whether you play Japan or the Allies. As Japan your game will be slower in the beginning due to your focus on the economy. As the Allies your game will be slower later when you have a plethora of units to control.

I've been told that I'm a perfectionist and my opponent and I do from 4 to 6 turns a day. What makes it work is being organized. I keep a notebook with information about each turn in it. And that keeps my turn organized....

I don't even think a notebook will help me. Although I do keep one its more for 'strategic' thinking or remembering for the future.

I could see a PBEM going a little quicker though as I've time while awaiting my opponents' reply to work out plans.

Someone has never played a cooperative game? I mean more players per side.
Can be a very helpful method to learn the game...

Yes, I've had fun with a 2x2 PBEM game. The biggest drawback to it is now you're at the mercy of 4 people's day to day schedule and not just 2.

Yes, I guess it was a turn every four days or so, really a long game...[sm=00000116.gif]
