Where are the config files hidden?

I know we cant scale the UI, but can we change the default resolution?, default monitor? windows/fullscreen?

The config files would be found here:

\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - World at War

Unfortunately, at the moment, none of those settings can be amended, other than to perhaps have the game show in a smaller window on screen.

Damn, makes it basically unplayable until we get some sort of scaling, or I replace my monitor.
