Ok, Situation is CW and Italy are at war in Sept/Oct 1940. During CW turn they try to initiate combat in Western MED. The CW Search roll is a 3, the Italians roll a 1 (-1 for enemy convoys being present = 0 ). But the next surprise Screen shows the ALLIES getting Surprise points! WHAT?? The axis should have gotten the surprise points for rolling themselves in with a lower result. Here is first screen shot. Second one to follow.

Save file is always needed. Just before this this roll is the best I guess.

Both sides find, with those rolls Italians should have one surprise point.

Just making sure, CW and Italy have been in war before this impulse?

Ok I thought I knew this game. Italy was at war only with Free France. So CW qualifies for surprise. I'll delete the post shortly. So no bug.

Welcome to my sig!

Don't delete the post, edit it to say there was no bug. Someone else with the same problem might find it useful.
