Sardaukar -> OT: 2019 challenge (5/18/2019 2:31:31 PM)

Since we have 831934 posts so far, can we make it a million?

Quality is better than quantity.

I can think of a few things where I don’t mind quantity over quality

Chickenboy -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/19/2019 12:52:50 AM)

And of course, "Quantity has a quality all its own."

Mikawa -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/19/2019 1:39:32 AM)

English Civil War has 99 posts. You should wait for them to catch up first.

Chickenboy -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/19/2019 3:16:43 AM)

There was an English Civil War? Who knew? [;)]

Yaab -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/19/2019 6:25:40 AM)

Now discounted at Amazon, "Who Eats Who in New Guinea" provides a day-after-day OOB of Jap forces in New Guinea [8|]

The problem I see with that wargame is that their target market are too busy on weekends playing dress ups and re-enacting the before, during and after of ale tents in 1066!

I don't know the game but I think the topic has less appealing respect WWII.
Moreover I played Civil War II by Ageod, really a great game but all their titles seem pretty similar to me, just choice the favorite era.

Korvar -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/20/2019 10:57:45 PM)

Another way of saying it - "Accuracy through volume."

Or "yadda yadda, a bunch of monkeys on typewriters eventually producing the works of Shakespeare." [:D]

An idiot with an AK-47 is better than a highly trained marksman sometimes...like Samuel L. says, "when you absolutely positively have to kill every M-F in the room" (from Jackie Brown).

Yaab -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/23/2019 9:21:37 AM)

Yes we can! Million posts for the Emperor so he doesn't notce the Empire has only 1 million supply points left.

RangerJoe -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/23/2019 4:13:42 PM)

Wrong Heinz, although that is funny. That reminds me of a beer in Finland called Zit. Could you imagine the advertising "Pop open a nice, refreshing Zit and relax!" Or the Ford Pinto which did not sell well in Brazil since it is slang for a small, male appendage . . . [X(]

edited for spelling. The X and Z when pressed do not always register. [:@]

Zorch -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (5/23/2019 6:21:21 PM)

You have changed your avatar, Yaab.
Nothing to complain from my side :-), but I found your old one quite interesting. Would really like to see this art in a higher resolution with added info?

Yaab -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (6/13/2019 8:35:39 AM)

It was a drawing I did a long time ago from imagination.

Rotring Rapidograph pen on printer paper, 2002. Dimensions: A5 landscape

Wuffer -> RE: OT: 2019 challenge (6/13/2019 10:52:19 AM)

dziękuję serdecznie! (Hope it's correct :D)
