Playing version 3.0.2.

I'm moving a cruiser with a loaded engineer out into the South China Sea, and the Allies have the option of intercepting. However, it says they need to roll a -1 or less to be successful.

Is there something wrong? It's fine weather in that sea area.

Okay, this always gets me too. When the intercept form comes up you have to check on the little box where it says Commit Subs. If you do that then the intercept roll changes to a 4 as the FF sub is in the 4 box. Note, convoy modifiers do not apply during movement interception.
