UPS Number incorrect (Full Version)

Ok what is going on now. My order indicates completed with a ups tracking number and a completion date of the 21. The tracking number is no good and the pickup time is 00:00:00. When should I get concerned?

We are looking to this problem with tracking numbers. I don't know all the details on how this works. In the meantime log a support request on the help desk sop we know you did not get your order and contact UPS and see what they say.

Just an update. The number that I thought was a UPS number was infact a USPS number. This explains why UPS didn't know it. However it is still not in the USPS system either. This is just in case anyone else can't read when checking order status. Sorry :eek:
