felixs -> Strength scripts don't seem to work properly (6/19/2019 7:09:12 PM)

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that the strenght.txt scripts can't handle unit morale loss properly as they seem to be only able to interpret the absolute values of number (i.e. no negatives) for the morale adjustment values. I used the "axis DoW caues shockwaves in the USSR" script to observe this.
What I did was:
- load 1939 scenario
- turn off FoW
- observe soviet units stats close to the border
- immediately DoW on USSR with Germany
- after all the scripts fired observe units again
Morale numbers only seem to increase no matter how the numbers in the formula are changed (on the bright side it looks like there's no upper limit to this). There doesn't seem to be any other factor that would affect them since if the numbers are set to 0 there is no change in morale after DoW.

Figured I'd mention this since if this is the case for all the scripts then a lot of them would do the exact opposite of their intended purpose. Let me know if I'm missing something!

Thanks Felixs, looks like there is indeed an error there, I'll look into correcting this ASAP.
