Hello there. I am interesting in trying out the B-Mod, with which I have no experience.
I just ended a great scenario 8 game that went into early 44, which came after a Babes mod game as Japan which went all the way into 46. So I am looking for a new mod with new challenges.

Right off the bat, I am only interested in playing 2 day turns. I know that about half the folks here just tuned out, but I actually think that it forces a bit more realistic risk assessment style of play and at the same time, seriously it makes the game move, well 2x as fast. And that is no joke when you think about how likely it is to finish a complete campaign without one person having to drop out.

I am open to either side. Honestly, my situation is a bit better suited to the Allies right now, I just started a new job and it is way easier to bang out Allied turns than Japanese, which requires much more planning and care. But that being said if you don't mind a bit slower turn rate I would be up for it.

I can manage 5-7 turns a week as Allies, probably 4-7 as Japan.

I am not that bothered by HRs, I don't think the game really needs them at this point, but if you have some issue that really matters lets talk. (of course I do expect the normal PP related HR, don't cross borders without spending).

The reason I don't care much about HRs is I am looking for an historically minded player who wants a friendly, competitive game. We both of course try to do our best to beat hell out of each other, but we should be also able to laugh and cry together along the way!

All settings are pretty much whatever for me.

Because I do think it matters, I think I could get some past players to vouch for me as a reliable opponent.

PS What I am not looking for is a style of Japanese player who loves the game for the first year and half, bangs out turns like crazy when it is all Banzai's, and then stops when the going gets hard. I have noticed that the super aggressive players are very often like this. As Japan, most of the game is defensive, really the beginning is just to determine how much space you will have to lose by the end. It is by far a more complex challenge than playing the Allies, but if you only like the part where you use your DeathStar carrier power smash move, please don't respond.
Thanks!
