Zhaoo_Four -> About AI to BOL MALD (7/7/2019 9:23:59 AM)

I have no idea to let computer side to set a mission to launch the MALD/MALD-J when I designed a scenario.

According my search, I notice a thread talk about a request to let AI launch the MALD with BOL.

I'm cool with them being mis-ID'd as AC. My biggest issue is, they are currently set up as BOL, and the AI can't use them against the player. I humbly request that a GPS seeker be added, so that the AI will launch them against the human player. I'd like the same to be done with the OECM drones that the Soviets have. Please. Kinda begging, but not.

I can't do it myself, or I would have already. Ragnar, can you help me out, buddy?

Request updated. Thanks!

Hey folks.

Yeah this is a right pain in the neck when it comes to designing scenarios, I would be happy if the air launched decoys in command could be used in any form

My soloution would be simply to allow the decoys to engage any type of ground target, and give it a warhead value of 0 so it doesnt damaage the target. Your point about BOL would be good but I suspect that would require a lot more dev time.

BTW this might be more appropriate to the Database Request pages

Thanks for reply

That's really a good issue.

By the way, can I assert that we have not any method to let computer side to launch air decoys in the current Command version?

Best regards
